333vet Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

333vet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "333vet") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions define the relationship between users of the platform ("you" or "member") and 333vet.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the 333vet platform, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this platform.

These terms and conditions must be read together with 333vet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These three documents together form your complete legal agreement with the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the 333vet platform. At the time of registration you declare that you are an adult aged 21 or above. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Terms

The following conditions must be met to register as a member on 333vet:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• You must not have an existing active 333vet account — only one account per person is permitted.
• You must register in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Online gaming must be lawful in the region where you reside.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. If your information changes, you must notify 333vet without delay.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

Maintaining the security of your 333vet account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong and unique password and never share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one 333vet account is permitted per person. Operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Suspension or Termination

333vet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these terms and conditions. Any legitimate balance will be returned prior to account closure where possible, though this guarantee does not apply in cases of rule violations.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 333vet platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

333vet may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This may include a national identity card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Using the 333vet platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 will earn a ৳10,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 20 times the bonus amount. The bonus amount will remain restricted until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses apply to one account only.
• 333vet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

333vet's VIP program has three tiers. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

VIP tiers and benefits may change at 333vet's discretion and advance notice will be provided where possible.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

333vet believes in fair play. Every game is conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by verifiable algorithms. 333vet does not manipulate game results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, 333vet will settle it based on the last state recorded on the server. 333vet will not be responsible for issues related to internet connectivity or devices.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game and is displayed in the game interface. Attempting to exceed this limit is prohibited and any such bet will be considered void.

6.4 Validity of Game Results

The game result recorded in the system will be considered final. No result will be changed on the basis of screenshots or personal claims. If you suspect a discrepancy, contact the support team immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333vet platform and any violation of them will result in immediate account closure:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Manipulation or dishonest means to exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward other members.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Playing games on behalf of or for minors.
• Unauthorized copying of the platform's source code, content, or database.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333vet platform — logos, graphics, text, software code, game designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 333vet. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of it for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The names and logos of game providers are their own property and may not be used without their permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Liability for Loss

333vet will not be directly liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other harm resulting from use of the 333vet platform, unless such loss is entirely due to 333vet's own negligence. Gaming is a risky activity and both winning and losing are possible.

9.2 Service Interruption

The service may be temporarily disrupted due to server maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. In such situations 333vet will attempt to restore the service as quickly as possible. 333vet accepts limited liability for losses incurred during a service interruption.

9.3 Third-Party Services

333vet will not be responsible for the operations of third-party services such as payment gateways or game providers. The terms of the relevant third party will apply to issues arising from such services.

10 Privacy

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms

13 Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaints Process

If you have any dispute or complaint with 333vet, please contact our support team first. We strive to resolve all complaints with the utmost fairness and promptness.

13.2 Resolution Method

After a complaint is submitted, our team will provide an initial response within 72 hours. For complex matters, a full investigation may take additional time. During the investigation, the relevant account or balance may be temporarily suspended.

13.3 Final Decision

Upon completion of the investigation, the decision issued by 333vet will be considered final. Both parties will endeavour to seek a resolution in good faith.
